Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

For Pro and Retail plans, usage fees are a percentage of your gross sales through integrated marketplaces: 1% for StockX, GOAT, eBay, and TikTok Shop, and 0.5% for Whatnot. Shopify, wholesale, direct sales, and purchase orders are never charged a usage fee. These fees only apply to completed sales — never failed or cancelled transactions — and are billed weekly via Stripe, separate from your monthly subscription charge.

The Store Owner plan includes support for multiple retail locations. Each additional location beyond the first incurs an additional monthly fee. You can add or remove locations at any time, and charges are prorated to your billing cycle.
